Brown Owl |
|
I have been Brown Owl of the 3rd South Wallington Brownie Pack since 1997. Although it can be hard work planning and preparing meetings etc. I enjoy it tremendously. It is very rewarding to see the Brownies develop and find new skills during the 3 years that they spend with us. My own daughter, Claire, was one of the Brownies. We have a very active Guide Unit too and approx. 80% of our Brownies move on to our Guide Unit. |

Tawny Owl |

My name is Tawny Owl and I am the assistant Brownie guider for the 3rd South Wallington Brownie Pack. My daughter, Charlotte, comes to Brownies and she is the Sixer of the Gnomes. I enjoy coming to Brownies and watching them grow in confidence and learn new skills. Outside of Brownies I like to watch most sports, especially football, and our family are season ticket holders at Crystal Palace Football Club. |

The Brownies know me as 'Ladybird' and I work with the pack as a Young Leader. Being a Young Leader is thoroughly rewarding. The Brownies are a lot of fun to work with on all their activities, and it's really special to see the girls growing in confidence and building up life skills as a result of their time with us. |

My name is Lion. I'm a helper at Brownies. I enjoy going to Brownies as we play lots of games, have great fun and meet lots of other Brownies. I'm also a member of the Guides so when the Brownies join Guides they can see a familiar face. |

Ashling (Sixer) - I am the Sixer of the Elves and really enjoy it. I am 10 and moving from my old school to a new High School and am very happy to be moving plus I am a Brownie so it's even better! Philippa - My name is Philippa. I am the Seconder of the Elves. My best friend is Panda (Claire). She is a Guide! I have a sister called Felicity. She is a Sprite. Rebecca - I like Brownies. It is fun. I like playing games and making things and my favourite game is "Rabbits in the Warren". Charlotte - I come to Brownies because it is time to get away from it all. I wouldn't have come if it wasn't for my friend Rebecca. We go to the same school so we have been friends for a long time. Kerry - I like being a Brownie because we do some fun games. The badges we do are fun. I like to do all the things. I like Brownies very much. |

I go to Brownies because I like the fun things that we do here and I like to make lots of new friends. I am the Seconder in the Gnomes. I like earning all the badges. At the moment I have been working on Needlecraft 1 and 2 and I have got the both. My Sixers name is Charlotte. Jeevan - I like Brownies it's the funnest thing ever. I have 4 friends from school. We play really fun games. Brownies is a good activity. Luckily it's just for girls. Siobhan - I like Brownies because it's really fun and because I like everyone and everyone likes me. Francesca - I like Brownies because Rainbows was boring but Brownies is fun. |

Felicity - I like going to Brownies because we're away from the boys (Yahoo)! We have lots of fun and I can make more friends. I also enjoy the badges. Kristina - I like Brownies because it is fun and we play games. It is good. Lauren - I like Brownies because it is fun and you can do activities. Also my best friend in Brownies is Sophie. Amy (Sixer) - I enjoy going to Brownies because it's fun. My special friend is Annie. I'm Sixer of the Sprites. I like all the leaders. I enjoy going to Holiday Club. Annie - I go to Brownies because you can play lots of games, do badges, sing songs and see friends that you don't see at school. I also go to earn points for my six. Sophie - I enjoy coming to Brownies because it is fun and exciting. I have a younger sister in Brownies called Abbey. My favourite friend at Brownies is Lauren. Jeevan, Annie, Lauren and Abbey also go to my school. Rosie - I like brownies because we do fun things. We also help people and work on our points. I have made lots of friends. I enjoy Brownies because I get lots of badges. Felicity - I have one sister called Philippa, and two special friends called Panda and Lion. I go to Brownies because it is fun and you get lots of badges. |
